1. Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of all orders within the United Kingdom . If a delivery is confirmed as lost, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid .
All products are shipped via partner carriers. After dispatch, the customer will receive a tracking number within up to 2 business days , sent to the registered email address.
In the event of confirmed loss during transit, Carleone Club will provide a full refund .
2. Security
Our website is secure and reliable.
All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and Klarna , ensuring full protection of customer data.
Credit and debit card payments may undergo fraud prevention checks to protect both the customer and the store.
Payment confirmation times may vary between 1 to 3 business days , depending on the payment provider and card issuer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Once an order is dispatched, transportation logistics becomes the responsibility of the selected carrier.
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only and may change without prior notice due to external factors (eg operational delays or route disruptions).
In case of delays, Carleone Club may open an inquiry with the carrier, which may take up to 7 business days for a response.
All orders include a tracking number for real-time monitoring.
4. Exchange and Return Policy
Return or exchange requests must be submitted by email to support@carleoneclub.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

Within 48 business hours , our team will respond with return or exchange instructions.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and without signs of misuse or improper handling . Otherwise, the return may be refused.

Manufacturing defects: exchanges or refunds will be processed at no additional cost.

Other reasons: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order cancellation: must be requested before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, standard return rules apply.
5. Additional Information
Carleone Club is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer. Accurate address information is the buyer's responsibility.
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, absence of a recipient, or failure to collect the parcel, a reshipping fee may apply.
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms awareness and acceptance of all terms, including estimated delivery times and possible logistics delays beyond Carleone Club's control.
